The Heinze Academy offers Learning Module 7, “Construction Operations, Construction Processes, and Construction Documentation,” as part of its advanced training program for construction technicians.
The goal is to provide hands-on training in the planning, organization, and management of construction processes, as well as in the structured documentation of construction projects in a real-world construction site setting.
