Project Workflow and Concept Development

The starting point was the development of a distinctive commercial building that combines the functionality of a modern car dealership with representative architecture. During the concept and approval planning phases, operational workflows, structural design, and architectural appearance were developed and optimized in parallel. A key focus was the early integration of operational requirements into the building design.

Collaboration and Project Coordination

Planning was carried out in close coordination with the developer and specialist planners—particularly regarding structural engineering, workshop processes, and technical infrastructure. Special attention was devoted to the integration of functional requirements with architectural aspirations, as well as to economic feasibility.

Key Project Focus Areas

A defining characteristic was the combination of industrial architecture, clear functionality, and representative design—with a focus on user processes, economic efficiency, and brand impact.
